Whether you are facing a specific legal issue or have questions about estate planning that only an attorney can properly answer, the law firm of Schening & Dopke Law, LLC is here to help. Both Ms. Schening and Ms. Dopke work hard to assist their clients with the following legal matters:
Ms. Schening and Ms. Dopke are both experienced estate planning attorneys whose philosophy is that, by working together with their clients, clients of the firm will get the benefit of their nearly 50 years of combined legal experience. They have found that, by working as a team rather than working independently of each other, they can both get to know their clients and their estate plans, and their clients can get to know both of them.
Potential clients are offered a free estate planning consultation either by phone, video conference, or in person and will speak directly with either Ms. Schening or Ms. Dopke to begin the estate planning process. Subsequent meetings can also be held by phone or by video conference except for the final meeting when the client must sign his or her original documents. The firm provides the necessary witnesses and notaries for final document execution, as well as scanning all documents for digital safekeeping. For clients who are immobile, in certain situations the firm can send an attorney to the client for final execution of their estate planning documents.
Please contact us today to receive a no-cost, no obligation initial estate planning consultation to see how we can help you in your estate matter. (Free consultation limited to estate planning service and does not apply to probate matters or trust administration matters.)
Schening & Dopke Law, LLC is located in South Elgin, IL and serves clients throughout Kane, DuPage, DeKalb and Cook Counties and the surrounding areas.
